Abstract

This research stands out as a significant contribution to the field of electromagnetic sensors. Its novelty lies in the crucial points it offers: the mathematical link between size and sensitivity. The novelty here is not merely stating that "size matters," but rather presenting a computational model (using Stokes-Einstein and Randles-Sevgic laws) that quantitatively explains why small molecules give a stronger signal than large molecules at the same concentration, thus establishing a physical basis for electrode design. Furthermore, the research demonstrates comprehensiveness in its dynamic range, covering an "extreme" concentration spectrum. It combines techniques for detecting drug traces in biological fluids (at the pM level) with measuring drug quality in production lines (at the mM level), while also demonstrating how the modified electrode prevents "surface toxicity" at high concentrations. Similarly, the hybrid modification strategy offers an innovative perspective on combining the chemical inertness of carbon nanotubes with the catalytic activity of added nanomaterials (such as gold and metal oxides), creating a "smart" electrode that overcomes the spatial impedance of large pharmaceutical molecules. The new data integration (30-point comparison table) provides a comparative database of 30 recent studies, allowing researchers to see the "complete map" of the relationship between nanomaterial type, modification method, and drug type. This facilitates the selection of the optimal formulation for any future pharmaceutical application. The focus on "recovery" in complex environments goes beyond ideal laboratory results. It emphasizes the modified electrode's ability to retrieve accurate data from "real" environments (such as blood and urine) despite the presence of chemical interferences at high concentrations. In short, the excellence of this research lies in its engineering and analytical approach, which links the physical properties of the particles (size) with the chemical properties of the electrode (modification) to achieve optimal analytical performance (concentration).
