This study evaluated the anti-biofilm and antibacterial efficacy of Agaricus bisporus extract against ten clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Antibiotic susceptibility testing via disk diffusion revealed 100% resistance to Gentamicin and 80% sensitivity to Levofloxacin, while the Congo Red Agar method confirmed that 30% of the isolates were biofilm producers. The Agaricus bisporus extract demonstrated variable, concentration-dependent antibacterial activity using the agar well diffusion method; at 100% concentration, it produced inhibition zones of 11–14 mm in four out of five tested isolates, whereas the 50% concentration showed inconsistent, moderate activity in only two isolates, and the 25% concentration exhibited weak or no activity across most plates.
