A Review Study on Ecological Equity and Modern Remediation Techniques in Management of Soil

This study presents an overview on ecological equity and modern remediation
techniques in soil management. It evaluates factors responsible for soil
pollution/contamination. To achieve this objective, the study made used of relevant
articles published on soil aeration, erosion, flooding, landslides, mudflow, nutrient
depleted soil, and soil subsidence. This study focused on three parameters on
equitable areas of consideration in the ecological management of soil science,
namely: (a) Environmental equity (b) Scientific equity, and (c) Socio-Economic
equity, to create impact assessment techniques for remediation options,
enhancement of cost/benefit evaluation and rating system which will facilitate in
multi-criteria decision analysis.
